Anyone who experiences difficulty managing their day-to-day finances may benefit from having a payee.

To enroll with CEPS as your payee, you can request them via mail, email, fax or download the intake forms.

If you require assistance, please contact your local office.

Once CEPS receives, processes, and submits your application to the Social Security Administration (SSA), please anticipate a delay of approximately 15-45 days for CEPS to begin receiving your benefits from the SSA.

It is important to notify your client advocate immediately about your change of address. You can submit your new rental agreement by email at info@cepsonline.org, fax, or mail. Please refer to your office location information for the specific fax number and/or
mailing address. If you don’t have a rental agreement, you can download the change of address form here.

You will need to change your mailing address with any vendor you want us to start getting your bills for. Please provide them with our mailing address.

By notifying your vendors of this updated address, they will start sending your bills directly to CEPS, allowing us to assist you in managing your financial obligations effectively. If you have any questions or need further guidance on updating your billing information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

At CEPS, we offer two options for receiving your funds: check mailings or direct deposit.

If you choose to receive your funds by mail, CEPS will send your checks to the mailing address we have on file. It’s important to ensure that your mailing address is accurate and up to date to avoid any delivery issues.

However, we highly recommend opting for direct deposit as it provides a more convenient and secure method of receiving your funds. By providing us with the direct deposit information for your bank account, we can electronically transfer the funds directly to your account on the scheduled payment dates.

Alternatively, you can also sign up for the Rapid! Card, which is a prepaid debit card that allows for easy and immediate access to your funds. If you prefer this option, please let us know, and we will assist you in signing up for the Rapid! Card program [insert link].

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your funds in the most efficient and secure manner possible. Please inform us of your preferred method—whether it’s check mailings, direct deposit, or the Rapid! Card—and we will accommodate your needs accordingly.
