Enrolling with CEPS for payee services is a simple and straightforward process. Once you complete the enrollment, social security or the Veterans Administration will start sending your monthly benefits directly to CEPS. Our primary responsibility at CEPS is to

Required Documents for CEPS
When submitting your intake packet to CEPS, please ensure that it includes the following essential documents:
- Emergency Contact Information
- Valid Identification (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
- Social Security card
- Medi-Cal card
- Medicare card
- Social Security Information (such as your Social Security number and relevant documentation)
- Documentation of Other Income Sources
- CEPS Assignment of Beneficiary
- Current Bills (including utility bills, credit card statements, fines, etc.)
- Rental Agreement or Lease Agreement
- Current Photograph (Selfie)
